A hidden gem in the AR community. 500 rounds in (2 years) , not a single problem. Compared to a Delton I have, quality is worlds apart. Their Nitride BCG glides like silk and their barrel eats 62grains like they are cereal. In addition, despite assembling and disassembling every screw and bolt like 4 times (to paint, for fun, and to initially build) the parts are pristine and show no sign of stopping. Super quick response time, and I have trouble understanding how they make money when every singe component is quality crafted works of art, as well as being covered. I recommend especially for CA, MD, and MA residents who have restrictive laws, as if you contacted them during your order, they will go out of their way to make adjustments to make sure your rifle is in compliance. For example they will make a Heavy Barrel with straight fluting, with the finish you want, cheaper than the cheapest criterion barrel but at lower cost. I even one point dropped the rifle from standing height, and next time I sent to the range, it still was shooting tighter than I could see with a 6x scope. I am planning to do my "ultimate" build for a 14.5 PW soon as I save up some money, and I will be sourcing from them again. Why go for PSA, SW, or radical when you can get $1000 quality for the same price, and know that it was manufactured by people who actually care.

Full disclosure, I haven’t shot it yet but intend to very soon. Shipping was extremely fast. Their customer service is prompt and they go above and beyond. Beautiful, cleanly machined upper rec’d w/in days of order. Can’t wait to take it out and come back to update. Thus far, I love em though and would recommend for future builds. Really great customer service - They shipped me a slide that everything fit into but something just was a little off and it would not fully cock back. They handled this within an HR and have already shipped me a new one that will arrive tomorrow. They also paid to ship the one that did not fit back. They stand by that they will help you out if there is an actual issue. Will be buying more from here for sure. Appreciate the help.

Let me first start out by saying that Mid State Firearms has the best customer service that I have ever seen or delt with. I ordered a 16" 223 Wylde upper last April. I had a accuracy issues and reached out to them last week. Granted it's been almost a yr since I purchased this upper. I sent them an email asking what type of ammo do they recommend for the best shot group. They responded the next day and asked what kinda of group was I getting. After I explained my issue he/she emailed me there address and told me to send it back with a note and they would exchange it for a brand new one in either the 1/8 or 1/7 twist whichever I preferred. I received my 1/7 twist today. It's brand new looks amazing and shot almost hole for hole at 100. This company is proud of there work and definitely stands by there product 100% and it's American made! Customer service has sold me as a customer for life! I look forward to doing business with mid State Firearms in the near future! If I could give them 100 stars I would. Don't hesitate to purchase there products for your next build. After posting this review I some how mixed a 300 blackout shell in with my 223 magazine. I'm very thankful to be able to type this review. After shooting that 300 blackout through the 223 wydle barrel. The lead never left the barrel and lodged about 3 inches from the end of it. Thank God they didn't take any short cuts. The upper stayed together with bolt locked into battery. Blew the clip out and bent the dust cover. Of course it ruined my upper but with a phone call to mid state Arms I able to send it back and had the barrel swapped out, dust cover and they included a new bolt for $225. The new one shoots 1/4 groups at 100 yards. Thanks again Mid State Arms for your support and making a solid upper and I'm thankful to walk away unharmed after this incident. Double check your ammo!

The customer service is amazing, above and beyond. Zak, one of the great guys who works there, helped me a lot and answered all my questions. Even when I shipped the package to the wrong address, he went to the post office and retrieved it personally. Mid-state is now my go-to company, and I strongly recommend it to people looking for great products and awesome customer service.
