The Ruger PC Carbine features aluminum M-LOK handguard; Picatinny rail; interchangeable magazine wells for use of common Ruger and Glock magazines; Dead blow action features a custom tungsten dead blow weight that shortens bolt travel and reduces felt recoil and muzzle rise; reversible magazine release and reversible charging handle to support left- or right-handed use; heavy contour, threaded barrel; reversible folding stock, with adjustable length of pull; ergonomic pistol grip features an extended trigger reach for more precise trigger control; polymer chassis system; Includes one, SR-Series or Security-9 pistol magazine and hex wrenches for disassembly of the chassis and aluminum handguard, as well as removal of the charging handle. Ships with SR-Series/Security-9 pistol magazine well installed and an additional magazine well accepting Glock magazines.

You’ll select FFL during checkout. You may need to ask the dealer to email a signed copy of their FFL to admin@gunly.com, referencing your order number. They must also authorize shipment to their address. This is a general list of FFL dealers and not necessarily a list of who we ship to.
When your firearm arrives, visit the FFL to complete the ATF Form 4473, background check, and any state paperwork. Bring valid photo ID (and permits, if required), pay the dealer’s transfer fee and taxes, then head to the range with your new purchase!
