Looking to touch up an old gun or give it new life with a complete re-blackening? The Gun Black kit by Shooters Choice is a cold black two part process that bonds to and colors the metal. It includes everything you need including applicators to get your gun black job done. Includes enough chemicals for up to 3 complete re-blackeningss or dozens of touch ups. Like factory black, it produces a beautiful, durable finish. This easy to apply product includes Gun Black (2 oz.), Gun Cleaner Gel (1 oz.), Curing Agent (0.5 oz.), Lubricant (0.5 oz.) plus applicators, microfiber cloth, steel wool and scour pads. Be sure to follow comprehensive instructions to achieve desired results. DO NOT USE acetone, solvents, cleaners, degreasers, rust removers or any chemicals other than Shooters Choice Gun Cleaner Gel to prepare the metal prior to refinishing. These products can leave residues in the pores of the metal and interfere with the bonding process of Shooters Choice Gun Black.

Purchasing through Albany Arms is simple—just four quick steps:
Browse the catalog, apply filters as needed, and open the product page of the gun that best fits your needs and preferences.
Select the quantity and hit “Add to Cart.”
You’ll select FFL during checkout. You may need to ask the dealer to email a signed copy of their FFL to sales@albanyarms.com, referencing your order number. They must also authorize shipment to their address. This is a general list of FFL dealers and not necessarily a list of who we ship to.
When your firearm arrives, visit the FFL to complete the ATF Form 4473, background check, and any state paperwork. Bring valid photo ID (and permits, if required), pay the dealer’s transfer fee and taxes, then head to the range with your new purchase!
